Sal Adatsi had his first heart attack at age 27 and had his first two Near Death Experiences at the same time. 15 years later he had his third NDE from another heart attack. His experiences included some typical experiences like going toward a light at the end of a tunnel, and having an extensive life review. He also had unusual experiences like seeing the Grim Reaper and learning that there really is no death.
