Alysa's Enlightening NDE After Death On The Toilet - Part 1

At just 27 years of age, Alysa Rushton was headed for a crash. She smoked 2 packs a day, drank too much and pounded junk food. This led to pneumonia, mono, MS, weight gain, and overall as she said, "Life was in a ditch."

One particularly bad night she overdosed on her prescribed pain meds. Yes, she was sitting on the toilet when life ended. Her husband found her lifeless and called the paramedics who administered Naloxone (Narcan) to bring her back to life... twice.

During the many minutes that her body lay lifeless, her spirit or consciousness traveled the cosmos. She had huge downloads of information that taught her math, sound, light, and quantum physics.

She experienced becoming one with God and one with everything in the universe. In this episode we learn what she learned. Eventually she was instructed that if she wanted to go back, she had to go now. That is when she was slammed back into her body.

00 From the time that they pronounced me deaf was a good 45 minutes. They cut my clothes and then they paddled my heart, my heart had stopped. And I could see people screaming and crying, but I didn't realize that was actually my physical body because I was somewhere else. The only thing that I could feel, if you could imagine, absolute love and peace, there wasn't anything else to be felt. I was greeted by people I'd known in the past. I'm back home again. Incredibly safe and felt at home. We have with us today Alyssa Rushden all the way from beautiful Hawaii.

43 How are you this morning? Oh, I'm so great, Eric. Thank you so much for having me. I'm super excited about being on the show today. Well, I visited your part of the world many times. And I'm just thinking this time of year, you're going to have the whales showing up soon, aren't you? They're here now. We've sighted them already. And the whole everything changes here when the whales are in town. So it's a super exciting time. I love it. I love visiting Maui at that time of year too. We are so far off topic for a second, but I've got to share something. And that is, if you haven't done this before, if you are around the whales and you're at a beach that's fairly quiet, in other words, there's not big waves pounding and stuff.

28 If you go underwater, hold your breath, be very quiet, you're nodding your head. What happens? Oh, the most beautiful magic you can imagine. You can just hear the whales and just engage in their sound frequency, which we're going to get into today because sound frequency is so healing. And the whales have such a potent sound frequency that penetrates deep into the body and the cellular structure. So, yeah, it's just absolutely magical to hear them sing. I don't know the science behind it, but it makes me feel good. That's all I know. Yeah. Well, we can geek out on the science later if you'd like. We'll see.

09 All right. Hey, one minute. Tell us a little bit about you then we're going to jump into your NDE. Okay. So, hey, you guys, I'm so glad to be here with you today. I'm Alyssa Rushden and I live here in Hawaii. As you know, after my near-death experience, I actually got downloaded with all of these healing codes and modalities. And so I created a academy where I teach and certify people on the energy healing that I do now and have done. And so, yeah, but I get to live this beautiful life traveling, speaking, teaching on how to really awaken to your best life here. While you're here on earth on the planet, I really do believe that we're here for heaven on earth.

52 So, it's my intention today as we hang out together that you'll get downloaded with some really awesome codes and frequencies that you can really tap into to live your best, most joyful life. Sounds perfect. And we'll put in the show notes how people can reach you if they would like to and to find out more about all the things that you do. And you right now, looking at you, you are, you look healthy and happy and mature. But if we go back a few years, you weren't in such a good place. Tell me what was going on with your life. Yeah, my life was absolutely in a ditch.

34 I was working a corporate job. I was in the gray cubicle of death. You guys might even be listening to this right now in the gray cubicle of death at corporate America. And I was just eating junk food, smoking two packs a day, and drinking a nice bottle of Cabernet and not dealing with any of my problems. I had had some traumas that in my past that I really never dealt with. And how I dealt with them is just overworking, overdrinking, over, over, over. And I hit this point in corporate America where I was progressing up the corporate ladder and it just got so stressful for me. And my body really started to rebel.

17 And I had been sort of on the verge of unhealthy for a while with symptoms. But the symptoms really started to crop up. And then I got bronchitis. And then I got pneumonia. And then I got mono. And all of a sudden, I found myself in a state where I couldn't function and I had to take a leave of absence from that corporate job. And I started going to doctors. Like, what's wrong with me? Can we figure out what's happening? And I started getting diagnosis. And I got a pretty big diagnosis right off the bat, MS, which is a diagnosis nobody wants that, especially a 27. That was big. And I was in so much pain. My joints were painful.

57 And so very early on, the medications started getting put my way. Some doctors were like, well, you've got the symptom, take this drug and you have this pain, take this pain pill. And it started to snowball on me. And pretty soon, I wound up 120 pounds heavier on end of life pain management on 28 different medications. I had a pick line in my arm delivering chemotherapy style drugs into my body to kill all the things that were in my body. I got other diagnoses like rheumatoid arthritis, Lyme disease, all of these things, these bacterial and viral infections.

40 And the goal was kill it all. But at the end of the day, we're trying to also kill everything that was in my body. And so, yeah, I was in a really bad place. I had to leave my corporate job. I used a walker to get around. I mean, I wore diapers. It was really, really bad. And if you saw pictures of me, I mean, those were after my near death experience because my husband, I was married at the time and my husband felt so sorry for me. And I was in such a bad state that he literally said, like, I couldn't take pictures of you because it was just too sad. 27 years old. That's just crazy.

21 You ended up, you had all these pain meds. What happened? How did the NDE come to be? Well, as you can imagine, on end of life pain management, so you got to think fentanyl, morphine, all of this huge chemical cocktail, benadryl, adavans, Xanax, it was a wonder, I mean, honestly, it was a wonder I didn't die every day. In fact, my husband would tell you I rode the line between life and death many days because it was so much medication, including all the other prescription drugs and the chemotherapy in IVs. So, I was kind of always riding that line. And one day it was just too much and I had extra pain medication that day.

05 And I woke up at night, didn't feel well, went to the bathroom and sat on the toilet and that's the last conscious memory I have. So do you feel like you actually died or just passed out? Oh, yeah, I actually died. I got to, you know, when my husband found me, I was, you know, the only thing that kept me on the toilet was there was a wall right there. So I was slumped on the wall. But he founds me not breathing, lips blue, nails blue, you know, knocks a good temperature. And so that's how he found me. But honestly, on the other side, I was having the time of my life.

45 I mean, it was such an incredible event on the other side. So, you know, it was this dichotomy of these two things happening all at once. That was just truly an interesting situation. So can you take us a little bit sort of a step by step? Because as you know, every experience is different for every person. And some people have an experience of actually leaving their body, looking down, seeing their body. Some even go through a tunnel. Some don't. Some hit a void. Some do other things. What was yours like right off the bat? Well, I love that you said every experience is different.

25 And that's something I actually learned on the other side is that our experience, when we transition of taking our consciousness out of our physical vehicle, right? Because we're consciousness in the body and we're leaving, we're taking our consciousness out. It's like when you get out of your Ford, you know, you go with it. And so every experience is designed to be helpful and supportive for people and gentle as gentle as it can be. And so I didn't have the floating up out of my body. And I think it was because I was on so many drugs, you know, that it took a while for my consciousness to escape the level of drugs that was in my physical body.

08 And so by the time I came to the awareness of, oh, I am not in my body anymore. I was significantly out of this realm, the Earth 3D realm. I was definitely not in that realm anymore. I was coming up into what I call God consciousness or divine consciousness. I was coming into that place of all that is. And I was one with everything and everything was one with me. It felt like I was everything everywhere, all at once. That is so hard to understand. And I've heard this many times before.

49 Is there any way that you can help us relate to that? What, what does it mean to be all part of one? Yeah, it's, it's an interesting concept to get the mind to understand because we view things in such separation here. Like we, I see you and we see that as like, oh, you're in Utah and I'm in Hawaii, but on the other side, the best way I can describe it is if you were to imagine this crystal, okay, and each facet of the crystal is having a different experience. And that when you pull your consciousness up out of the body, you realize that you are the crystal.

33 You realize you're just a facet of the diamond. You're a facet of that crystal. But here in physical body, we think, oh, I'm just this one side. I'm just this one little side right here. I'm not connected to all the other parts of it. But when our consciousness leaves the body, we're, we're understanding that, oh, I am the light that's informing the trees and the bees and the butterflies and the sand and the plastic and the buildings and the people and the sea creatures. Like literally on the other side, how I felt it was, I was the consciousness, the light and sound frequency that was going out and creating everything.

21 And how I felt it is everything was looping back into that larger consciousness. So if you can picture the sun, how the sun works and its different light rays, that's how I felt. I felt like this very stretchy, electrical, magnetic. I always say it's the most physical thing I've ever done without a body. You know, it was just a very, it felt very physical and directional. And it could expand in all these different ways. And I saw all these different little individuated experiences and I could move into each of the experience and feed that back into the consciousness.

06 So to give you an example up there, I could be seeing and feeling out of Eric Bennett's eyes, whilst seeing and feeling out of the bird's eyes and seeing and feeling out of the trees and the rocks and other planets. So it was very big, very expanded, multi-dimensional and it was a feedback loop. And I think that's what people kind of don't get down here on planet Earth is that it's not just one directional. We're feeding back our experience into a bigger consciousness. When we become part of everything or all these other things, do we lose some of our own personal identity?

50 I sure did. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? I think that would scare some people. I don't know if it's good or bad. On the other side, you don't really see that polarity. You don't live in good or bad. It's a wonderful feeling to be, it's like saying, oh, I'm going to meet up with my family. Is that a good or a bad thing? You're meeting up with more parts of yourself that you didn't know was yourself. So I always think when we're expanding our consciousness, that's an incredible gift. So what happens on the other side is you, for most of us, we get so identified with our physical body and we think, I am a list that and that's all that I am.

38 And in truth, it couldn't be farther from the truth, but the only reason why we even think that is because we have a set of bad programming when we come into the planet. Some cultures actually tell you right from this get-go. Like you're this cosmic being, you're connected with all things. It's just in most Westernized civilizations, we don't do that for people when they're born. So we become really disconnected with the truth of us. I always think it's positive for you to be reconnected with more of the truth of you, to understand that we are more expansive than just this physical body. It's not just one experience that we're having at any given moment.

22 That really makes a lot of sense. Okay, I apologize for getting us sidetracked, my fault. Let's get back on track and let's go through what happened next. What did you see? Where were you? Well, what I feel, I mean, I can't give you a geographical location, but what I feel like I was up in God consciousness, divine consciousness. And as I mentioned, I was feeling, seeing, sensing the connection with everything, the galaxies, the stars, the other planets, other races, other beings, everything on planet Earth.

04 And everything in between, every grain of sand, every, like I said, here, especially every bit of plastic and man-made thing, I was connected to all of it and all of it was feeding back. And at the same time, I could go and stretch my consciousness into things that were more interesting to me, like I could explore certain experiences even more deeply if I wanted to, and I could do that in multiplicity. So we're used to, oh, I can just see out my front eyes and that's how I see.

48 But on the other side, you don't have a body. So you're just pure energy, you're pure light and pure sound. And so light and sound can stretch in every direction all at once. There is no bounds to which that can be. So I got to see and understand certain things. I get to see and understand how and what our Earth is forming and created. I get to see and understand how sound and light work together to inform our physical bodies. And I get to see and understand how we can actually work with sound and light to heal our physical bodies because there's a lot we can do.

30 And that's one of the reasons why when I came back, I was this wrecked body and I came back and was able to actually heal and become very different in my physical body, even look very different. And I've not had plastic surgery of any kind. People ask me, oh, have you had tummy tucks, have you had skin, this kind of thing? And I just haven't had that. But I believe that it's because of some of the technology that I use from the other side, which what's really cool is that we're now finally starting to understand as humans. Because the other truth is what I saw on the other side is that we are, how do I say this?

16 We're maybe in third grade in the schema things in terms of planetary evolution. And so we're still working on a lot of third grade issues here versus maybe more, some of the more advanced planes and planets. Yeah, we have a long ways to go. You know, your explanation is so different than some people who feel like I went to heaven, I saw God or I saw ancestors. Anything more if you learned about any of that kind of stuff? Does this all sound so surreal? I'm just trying to visualize it. I think that what I feel with neardoth experiences is you have an experience that goes for your belief.

03 I, at the time, didn't have a belief that I was going to go and see God. I actually went into the experience of being one with God. Hey, everybody, very quick break here. Just wanted to mention something at this time of year. And that is that Will and I, hey, we work hard on this thing. We appreciate all the good feedback that you send us. And we'd appreciate something else this time of year. And that is we do accept donations to help us pull off this show. It helps to pay for the hosting and other services like that that we need to take care of. So if you're interested in making a donation and no guilt or anything if you're not, but if you are, please go to roundtripdeath.com up in the top right.

49 There's a little donate button. You can click on that, make a donation over Venmo or the Cash App, and we would appreciate it so very much. All right, now back to Alyssa. You know, we could talk about semantics, but I felt very much that I was one with God and one with all that is versus seeing heaven in the pearly gates, which I don't necessarily believe in. You know, it's one of those things where I think what we experience on the other side is informed by our consciousness because we do take our consciousness with us because your consciousness is in your body.

31 Just because your consciousness leaves your body behind, you're taking on the other side your consciousness with you. So if you have a belief that you're going to go up to see heaven and the pearly gates, that consciousness is going out of the body and you're taking that with you. So it's going to inform part of your experience. And I was going to be asking in a minute, why do you think these experiences are all different? You just pretty much answered that for me. But one of the other things that I wanted to bring up is I personally believe one of the reasons that they are all different is because we all have something to learn from them. Anybody that's had an experience, they personally individually needed some kind of a takeaway from it that is different than you or me or somebody else.

21 And we're going to finish up the experience in a minute, but bottom line, what did Alyssa learn? Well, I learned, I learned several things out of the experience. First and foremost, I learned that I believe we are all God in physical form. We are all expressions of God in a physical body. And unfortunately, we didn't come in believing that. And so we tend to not treat each other as such. We tend to treat each other as, you know, that one's an evil one and that one's a good one versus, no, we're all here learning lessons. We're all here, you know, working our kinks out.

05 So I learned that I learned how to work with light and sound frequencies to heal the body because the body, our vehicle, our flesh suits is an incredible machine and it's actually designed to self heal. And so I learned how to work with these technologies to get the body to self heal. And I learned what we need to stop doing that blocks self healing. So what specifically happened to help you learn all this? Was it, did you feel like it was a big download of information almost like a computer?

45 Or was there someone that said, Alyssa, I'm going to teach you a, b and then see how did it happen? Oh, I love this question so much. I don't, I've never been asked that. So it was a download that happened all at once and the best way I can say it to you is imagine that all your life you've lived inside of a case and that's what you thought was. And then you walk outside and you see that there's blue sky and trees and mountains. How did you know? How did you learn that? Who taught you that? No one needed to. You just got it in an instant. You observed it.

26 It all came in. You just get it in an instant. So on the other side, there's no such thing as time. It's all happening now. So it all just downloads now. And that for me was really interesting coming back into the body and trying to hold all of that knowledge and the math and things I had no worldly understanding of how to even relate it in my brain, there was no neural connections for some of the things that I got the download of on the other side. And that was the part for me that took some time to integrate because when you don't have neural connections created, even if you get a download, you need some time to learn how to process that.

13 So on the other side, it was instantaneous learning, instantaneous understanding of like, oh, I understand the sky is blue, except it was like, oh, I understand how light and sound work. Oh, I understand how everything is infused from this light and sound and then created. I understand how consciousness wants to expand its consciousness and we're here to expand consciousness. I've had some people tell me about that download very similar to what you've explained. And some of the things that came were like quantum physics, math, like you mentioned, some even, hey, I understand how the world was created, but they don't always remember all of it when they get back.

58 They say, I know I learned all that. It was downloaded. I can't access all that right now. Have you had that experience too? Absolutely. That's what I'm talking about. Like the neural connections are not there. Like on the other side, I understood quantum physics, I understood advanced math and here because I have no framework for it, I dropped out of high school when I was 15. I did not take advanced math. So I have no framework for the knowledge that was there. So I can understand it and conceptualize it. But if you were to ask me like, write it out, I could not. But I get the impression that if you were to go study that, it would come to you probably a lot quicker than it would the rest of us.

46 True enough. And that's what I did when I came back. Because I got such a strong download about sound and light. Once I was able to read again, because I lost the ability to read for a while after I came back, couldn't make sense of words I actually had to teach myself to read again. I learned about a sci-matics, the science of how sound creates matter. So I learned about the sci-matics and I learned about light technology and how light works. And I learned and I studied quantum physics and I learned how we're in dual positions at all times. So yes, you're right. I did.

27 I had some advanced learning, rapid learning. And it was a very interesting journey after coming back into the body to take all of that huge download and actually do something with it. It took some time. Let's talk about what else happened during the NDE itself and then how did you come back? Well at one point as I was exploring the cosmos and the light and the sound and how all things are formed, I saw this beautiful object and it was Earth. And I got real curious about that and I went to kind of down and all of a sudden, you have to remember I was all that was, I was all that is and then I find myself back on planet Earth.

15 And I thought about this ex-boyfriend and instantaneously I popped over to this ex-boyfriend and I could see him and he was out in front of his house and I could see what he was doing and I went over to talk to him and I found that I could not. And at the time I did not know that I was dead on the toilet. I just wondered, well this is weird. I wonder how come I can't talk to him. And I also noticed that everything had this olive green kind of army green color to it. It's olive drab ness. But it was very much Earth. And I didn't find out what this place was until years later. I read a book by Savannah Arianta and as I'm reading this book, I have this realization of like, oh my gosh, what she's describing.

03 She described word for word the place I was in. And it's the astral realm and it's where souls can tend to go if they've had a significant shock death or they weren't prepared for the death. It's called the astral realm and it's a very real place where your identity consciousness goes for healing. And Catholics might call it purgatory. Other religions call it the astral realm, but it is a place where the soul goes for healing and just like arrest a rest bit before getting back into the karmic wheel of life or going on to their next destination.

47 I'm curious about the whole drab green color thing because it almost sounds like you were here, but that was something between you and here seeing the ex-boyfriend. There was this sheet of this interesting color that sounds drab versus beautiful and vibrant and stuff. And maybe that was keeping you separate. You're nodding your head. What does that mean? A thousand percent you're exactly correct. So how things I believe work is we have different densities or dimensions. And so if we think about, well, we're here in the 3D physical dimension.

32 And so in the 3D physical dimension, most of us do not see outside of our dimension. So most of us, unless you're clairvoyant or a medium, you don't see outside your dimension, but there's other dimensions, the fourth dimension, which is the astral realm where it is you're still on earth, but there's a layer of dimension that you're in and there's actual a color to it, right? And it's different and it kind of separates you, but it's our consciousness that allows us or doesn't allow us to see into those dimensions from a higher dimension. It's easy to see down into dimensions, but from a low dimension, it's hard to see up.

14 And if I can give you an example of this that everybody will understand instantly, if I have a piece of paper lying on a table and an aunt is walking along and sits on the paper, okay, that aunt has a very limited view point, okay, they're in a lower dimension. If I take all of a sudden that paper away and the ants now on the table and I put the paper maybe back on that shelf over there, the ants can be like, whoa, it disappeared, right? It went someplace, but really, it's just in a higher dimension that the ant cannot perceive. So but me, the person who placed the paper on the shelf, I can see the paper, I can see the shelf, I can see the ant.

01 And you were able to talk to the ex-boyfriend or see him, he couldn't see you. He couldn't see me, he couldn't talk to me because it's hard to dimension up, easy to mention dimension down to a point. But it's also as you move up in consciousness, right? There's the fifth dimension in six and seventh, and there's other beings and angels and all of these other beautiful beings that they can see down into our dimension, but also at some point it's uncomfortable for them to interact with us because it's just like going into the ocean.

41 If you or I were to dive into the ocean, there's a limit to which we can feel the density before it becomes painful for our physical vehicle. So this same thing for higher dimensional beings that want to interact with us, we have to actually boost our frequency up and they have to kind of come down and we can meet. But it's very hard for most human beings on earth to interact with higher dimensions because they don't know how to raise their consciousness. Does this make sense? Yeah. And the people on a higher consciousness are uncomfortable lowering themselves. Yeah. At some point it's painful. Okay.

22 What happened next? So I'm in this astral realm and all of a sudden this group consciousness comes to me and says, no, they weren't beings. I didn't see anybody, but like this group, I could feel this group of consciousness come to me and say, hey, you're welcome to stay here. You can stay here as long as you'd like, but you will not be able to go back into the illicit body. However, if you come back, you have to come back right now and it'll be some of the hardest work you've ever done, but it will be worth it. And in an instant I thought, yes, I want to go back. And things happen very fast on the other side. And as soon as I thought, yes, I want to go back, it was like Eric, someone dropped me off a thousand story building and just slammed me into concrete.

13 And I remember just hitting into my body and gasping for air. The EMTs had already put that first dose of Narcan in me because I was having a drug overdose. I think what's important to remember about being a human is that it is dense down here. And we have these bodies that come pre-programmed with software that's filled with trauma. And it's kind of like I drive this, I drive this Ford, okay? And my Ford came with software. And the software's a little glitchy at times. Sometimes my sensors go off and it starts digging at me and there's nothing around.

58 Sometimes it'll say like something coming at you from the left and there's nothing around me. There's no anything happening. And I feel like that's how being in the human body is. Our consciousness came into these vehicles, but the vehicles have a little glitchy programming. I don't know, it was the Ford people. I'm just being silly, but we do. And we come into these bodies that hold DNA. And our DNA is actually imprinted with our epigenetic programs from our parents, our parents' parents, their parents' parents.

39 And scientifically, we've proven that it goes seven generations back. However, what I saw on the other side is it goes all the way back. And it also goes into your other soul's lifetimes because you just haven't had just this one lifetime. You've had multiple, multiple, multiple lifetimes. And so that's imprinted in your DNA. And then your DNA acts like a movie projector. And so it informs the world around you. It is actually informing the movie screen of your life. And unfortunately, some of this programming, maybe it's lack.

22 Maybe it's I don't have self-love. Maybe it's I can never get the love from the people in my life or loneliness or whatever it is. What I saw on the other side is that we have a unique ability to actually reprogram the supercomputer of our body. And I think that's the most important, hopeful, empowering thing because I don't know about you, but I live my life from a place of victimhood. This is happening to me. That's happening to me. And I think people are doing this to me. And I didn't realize that I could have a drastically different experience.

06 I didn't realize I could heal my body. I didn't realize I could heal my relationships. And ultimately, when I came back, it was another key that I learned from the other side that we will not heal until we learn to take responsibility for what's going on in our life. And it's such a huge key. And as somebody who went through a ton of trauma, I was kidnapped at 21 in corporate. And my life was threatened, which I think led to a lot of my illness. I had to do a lot of work to not beat myself up and victim shame myself, but to say, okay, this trauma happened to me.

49 I can take responsibility for cleaning this up and doing forgiveness work and doing the work of opening my heart. And it's when we do that really deep work of taking responsibility for our life, then things can really open and change. Profound stuff. Thank you. We have a lot more to cover with Alyssa. So we're going to split this episode into two parts. Please join us again later this week as I ask Alyssa just what she meant by being slammed back into her body. We also discuss how she healed, proof of her NDE, guardian angels, and much, much more. I hope you'll join us then.
